BBC Monitoring collects and disseminates news and information from the world’s mass media. Our office in Baku monitors radio and TV broadcasts, news agencies, press and internet sources in a number of languages.

Support the business technologies required by in-house users, including all hardware and software and audio/video processing technologies. Shift working will be involved.



The successful candidate will be required to have experience of system support procedures and products including Microsoft and Unix operating systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook. Up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals. Knowledge of audio and video technologies. Ability to work under pressure on your own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
